The abstract submission will be accepted online. Please contact us for further particulars regarding abstract submission. A printed copy of the original abstract should be printed by the author for security reasons.
PAPER ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: FEBRURARY 23, 2015
Chosen papers for the “TNS2015 - The 29th Annual Scientific Congress of the Turkish Neurosurgical Society” must be presented in poster or oral form.
The Selection Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse submissions due either to the content of the paper or to the number of applications.
Criteria for the acceptance of papers to be submitted as poster presentations:
Authors should clearly state their full name, title, the institution for which they work, and their province. However, there should be no statement about the institution and the authors included in the abstract.
The abstract subjects could be; about family medicine, general practitioners and primary care health services.
The author who is to deliver the presentation should be explicitly stated.
Abstracts should be written in Turkish or English.
Abstracts shall contain a maximum of 2500 characters.
A maximum of one chart or graphic and one photograph can be included in the submissions.
Submissions should contain the following chapters:
- Objective
- Method
- Conclusion
- Discussion
Any project or research sponsorships should be explicitly stated.
Financial ties of the researchers, if any, should also be disclosed.
On-going research or research still awaiting results will not be evaluated.
If the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors should attend the congress.
LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE
All submitted papers will be evaluated by the Selection Committee, who will decide whether or not to accept the papers for a poster presentation. For all submissions accepted for presentation or for an award, an acceptance letter will be sent out.
