Dear Colleague,
As Chair of the EANS Section of Vascular Neurosurgery, I would like to cordially invite you to the 2nd Annual EANS Vascular Section Meeting, taking place in Nice, France, from 2 - 4 September.
Last year’s first annual Vascular section meeting was very successful, providing a forum for the detailed discussion of neurosurgical treatment options for cerebrovascular disease alongside the ESMINT meeting, which itself provides a truly interdisciplinary platform for neurosurgeons, neurointerventionalists, neuroradiologists, neurologists, and all those who are interested in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.
This year, we have again worked with ESMINT to co-ordinate the meetings in order to allow our participants the opportunity to attend both events.
Meeting format
2nd September: EANS Section meeting (½ day, commencing at 14:00)
3rd September: EANS Section meeting (full day, commencing at 08:30)
4th September: Joint EANS / ESMINT day (at the ESMINT venue)
Abstract submission is currently open. The programme for the Section meeting will be composed exclusively of submitted papers, and offers a unique opportunity to present cases, studies and findings and to discuss these with your peers. Topics for abstracts can include:
Vascular malformations
Vascular rare diseases
Experimental vascular neurosurgery
Treatment and prevention of ischemia
Aneurysms
Management of subarachnoid haemorrhage |
